Article 1 — Scope and Application

These General Conditions of Sale (the "GCS") govern, without restriction or reservation, all sales concluded on the website www.lymphdream.com (the "Site") between the seller and any non-professional buyer (the "Client" or "Consumer"). They apply to the exclusion of any other conditions. Placing an order implies full and unreserved adherence by the Client to these GCS, which are brought to their attention before validating the order. The Client declares that they have full legal capacity to contract. The applicable GCS are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are food supplements. A food supplement is a foodstuff and not a medicine: it has no properties for the prevention or cure of human disease and does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

The products are reserved for an adult audience. They are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals undergoing medical treatment, who must seek the advice of a healthcare professional before consumption. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded, and products must be kept out of reach of children. The essential characteristics, composition, and directions for use of each product appear on the corresponding product page.

Article 3 — Pricing

Prices are indicated in USD (or converted via the payment method) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (excluding local US customs duties and state taxes). Shipping costs to the United States are calculated and displayed before final order validation. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

In the event of a price reduction announcement, the reference price indicated is the lowest price practiced by the seller during the thirty days preceding the application of the reduction.

Article 4 — Ordering

The Client selects products, adds them to the cart, and follows the ordering process. Before validation, the Client verifies the details of the order and total price, and can correct any errors. Order validation, following acceptance of these GCS and payment confirmation (the "double-click" procedure), forms the sales contract. The seller then sends a confirmation email summarizing the order. Data recorded by the seller constitutes proof of the transaction. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Client with whom there is an ongoing payment dispute, or in cases of abnormal orders or bad faith.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order via credit card (via Shopify Payments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Klarna. The order is only considered effective after confirmation of payment from the payment processor. Transactions are secure; payment data is transmitted in encrypted form, and the seller never has access to the Client's banking data. In the event of payment refusal or default, the order is automatically cancelled.

Article 6 — Shipping to the United States (USA)

Products are shipped and delivered to the address provided by the Client during the order in the United States.

Customs Duties and Local Taxes: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to local taxes, import duties, and customs fees imposed by US authorities. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. It is the Client's responsibility to check with local customs authorities.

Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times to the USA are specified during the order but may vary depending on customs inspections and the international carrier.

Risks: The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Client upon delivery of the products by the carrier to the address indicated in the United States.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal & Returns

The Client has a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of return without having to justify their decision. To exercise this right, the Client notifies their decision via an unambiguous statement (email to Lymphdream@gmail.com) before the expiration of the period. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unsealed, within thirty (30) days following notification. International return shipping costs remain entirely the responsibility of the Client.

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, opened products cannot be returned under this standard return right. However, opened or used products remain eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 180-Day Results Guarantee, as described in our Refund and Return Policy.

The seller refunds the Client for all sums paid (excluding specific initial shipping costs and customs duties) no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Article 8 — Warranties

For any claims related to the quality, defects, or non-compliance of products received in the USA, the Client contacts the seller at Lymphdream@gmail.com to find an appropriate solution, replacement, or refund.

Article 9 — Customer Service and Claims

For any questions, package tracking, or claims regarding a delivery to the United States, the Client contacts customer service at Lymphdream@gmail.com.

Article 10 — Personal Data

Processing of personal data carried out in the context of international sales is described in the Privacy Policy accessible on the Site.

Article 11 — Liability and Force Majeure

The seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, delays attributable to United States customs services, or use of products contrary to their intended purpose or labeling recommendations.
