We currently ship to the United States. Additional international shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL) depending on the destination and package weight.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours following payment confirmation. Transit times are typically estimated between 10 and 14 business days. Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is free for all orders.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. In the event of an unusual delay, a missing package, or damaged items upon delivery, please contact us immediately at Lymphdream@gmail.com. After investigating with the carrier, we will proceed with either a replacement shipment or a full refund depending on the situation.
